A simple lapel microphone, or as RØDE likes to officially call it, a lavalier microphone, it is a simple small microphone that connects to your clothes to provide you with an excellent video or live audio experience. Although not much. However, they have already started using the new generation Rode Lavalier II.

The lav microphone is an important part of the cameraman's toolkit-clip it to the talent, connect it directly or wirelessly to the camera, and you have a professional appearance and excellent sound.

I use one in every video I make and every live TV show.

The new Lavalier II uses a new high-level design, low-key-it looks flatter, which I think is a very good thing.

The omnidirectional polarity mode means it is more forgiving in terms of placement-picking up more in more directions, which may be better in some cases, and may be reduced in other cases.

I can imagine that in a two-person conversation, if you only have one microphone, this may mean better listening to the second person.

But-we will see in the test.

The clip looks very different. If it looks like that, allow the lav itself to be cut out, maybe inverting it will make the transition from left to right a dream.

There is no news about pricing, but your audio/video expert will get the pricing within a few hours!
