The new 4466 CORE omnidirectional and 4488 CORE directional headset microphones are based on the company's pioneering 6066 ultra-small headset design, equipped with the brand's popular 5 mm circular microphone diaphragm.

The 4466 and 4488 earphones have a one-size-fits-all design and adjustable boom height and length to fit all head shapes and sizes.

Its three-point grip system (above, below and behind the ears) ensures greater safety, while flexible ear hooks provide continuous comfort during prolonged use.

The new headset uses interchangeable cable and boom options, with a 90-degree cable management guide on the neck, and the headset frame, boom, and capsule have non-reflective surfaces.

The 4466 and 4488 are available in the company's standard black and beige options, as well as the recently added brown version.

The 4097 CORE miniature shotgun microphone has the same sound quality as the brand's super-cardioid choir microphone, and is optimized to pick up voices from a distance.

It can be purchased with a compatible interview kit, which includes a light boom, a windshield, a shoe rack, and the brand's MicroDot cable and transmitter board.

Anne Berggerin, vice president of marketing at DPA, said: "The pandemic has shown us the true importance of quickly and easily adapting to the rapidly changing media landscape."

"These new products are a direct result of industry innovation and forward-looking responses, and we are happy to draw attention to the benefits they provide to the broadcast market," she said.
