tall black curly haired dog; has a light colored collar, does not seem aggressive. Hasn't been seen in the neighborhood before, has been in traffic and comp is worried he'll get hit. May have headed down 19th St.

just above the 8th St overpass in the outside EB lane is a shovel laying across the lane

homeless man sitting in the entryway to kitchen // outside the freezer // was out there all yesterday and back today // comp would like him to move along or at least out of the way so she can work // man appears to be sleeping

homeless male sleeps there when they are closed but he normally leaves when they open, he is not leaving today and now he has friends

in the alleyway // dog jumping on comps car, trying to follow them when they leave // comp thinks the dog is in distress

man without shirt, with a bike, yelling at a woman walking around with a bag of clothes or garbage, has been going on at least 10 mins

truck with a trailer went flying around the comp and the trailer hit the front of comps vehicle, maroon truck

white Chevy car, 4 door. The driver came out of the bar and he fell before getting to his car.

Vehicle headed SB on 21st Street on the inside lane. 4-5 younger drivers in the car. Veh is a blk "soccer mom" type of vehicle.

Power line came down and is arcing. It is laying across a metal fence.

just came home // gold pt cruiser and the male is back at the house, comp reported him for something yesterday. Caller very hushed and scared, climbed out the window to make the 911 call

Motorcycle driver keeps driving by speeding

believe the resident is inside and deceased, opened the door and thought they saw his body but they do not want to go in

Subject is there striking the comps daughters. It is physical at this time. They just got him out of the house. They have locked the door.

Saw the occupant, last night around 2100. The comp has not heard from him or seen him today. The comp has been knocking for over an hour. His car is there. The comp has the room and car key but does not want to go in. Another neighbor thought he was yelling for help last night but was never checked on.

2 juves, one dressed in blk,

hood and shorts and hat, other is smaller and blk/dk pants and gry t-shirt. They are shooting pellet guns at each other and not paying attention where they are shooting.

Female driver smells heavily of alcohol. Also has a child in the car with her.

There is a NCO between him and female. The judge told the comp today that we would assist him in getting his personal belongings for work. He needs us to assist him with that.

across the street; worker in the gas station was advised police need to respond

comp was house-sitting and caught juveniles throwing stuff at comp's house

homeless people sleeping in the dome of Pioneer Park being loud, smoking something - two subjects, one female and one male

comp having dispute with subject - mostly verbal - he stays outside in a trailer

closer to 4th ave there is a sil suv parked in the middle of the roadway with windows bashed out; could see rock on windshield; no one around, and veh is turned off

comp was at the old lewiston high school and there was a male that came up to comp's car while comp was in there - subj had something in his hand - he went up to another vehicle after he tried comp's door handle - occurred a couple of minutes ago

lady sitting on the dock causing a ruckus; looks like she is trying to set up camp; when comp show up to drop off the paper, she walked up and opened up his truck door; she now appears to be agitated; 45-50yof 5" bro hair was wearing a dress with an overcoat

veh has been speeding down Bryden going approx 100 mph

female was beating the side of the building with an object - she is now across the street and clothes are half off
